Regarding the unsatisfactory progress of the construction work of the contract as detailed under this Water Resources and Irrigation Development Division office, Patan, Baitadi, despite repeated written and verbal warnings from this office to the concerned construction business, they have not shown due diligence towards completing the construction until now and the site has been idle for a long time without starting the work. If there is any mental reason, a written explanation is to be submitted to this office within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, the office will be forced to proceed with the action process according to the contract agreement and prevailing laws.
