Under this plan, the construction work of the contract as per the details has been agreed upon, and the remaining construction work has not been started within the specified time as per the contract, and the construction work has not been completed within the specified time, despite repeated written and verbal instructions from the planning office to the concerned builders to complete the construction work. Since the site has been left idle for a long time without work, why not terminate the contract according to the terms of the contract agreement of the construction businessman mentioned in the details, the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Regulation 2064 and the contract agreement with the construction businessman in accordance with the same? If there is any reasonable reason for not breaking the contract, it is advised to appear at this office within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice with a credible explanation and a sufficient action plan to complete the remaining construction work without delay. Otherwise, this notice shall be considered as the final notice, and the terms of the contract agreement, the procedure to proceed with the process of all legal proceedings after the termination of the contract agreement in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Regulation 2064 shall be informed.
