According to the details, the construction businessman started the work according to the contract and left it in the middle even until the expiration of the contract and did not come in contact with the office with a clear written reason and confirmation/evidence. This public notice has been issued for the relevant official person to appear in this office with proof if there is any concrete reason why the contract agreement should not be terminated within 15 days from the date of publication of this public notice due to the failure to submit the necessary documents for the extension of the deadline within the stipulated time limit. If the submitted reasons and confirmation/evidence rules are not reasonable or comprehensible, according to the provisions of the contract and prevailing Public Procurement Act and Regulations, the contract will be terminated and blacklisted, and the performance bond will also be confiscated. Due to the termination of the contract, whatever amount is required to complete the remaining work as per the contract, it is also informed that the amount will be collected from the construction contractor Chandra Construction Khadachakra-1, Kalikot who is not working as per the contract.
