Nepal Electricity Authority, Sudurpaschim Provincial Office, published in Gorkhapatra Daily dated 2081/12/19 Bidding Notice No. NEA/SPO/2081/082-Security Service- 01 (Supply of Security Guard Services) in accordance with the examination and evaluation of the bids submitted, since there are more than one bidders who have substantially impressed and have offered the lowest evaluated amount, one bidder has to be selected from among the bidders who have offered the same number (minimum amount) through the lottery. As per the provision of clause number 23(2) of the bidding document, the lottery will be held on Tuesday, 2082/02/20 at 2:00 PM in the conference hall of Sudurpaschim Provincial Office, Attariya, all the bidders mentioned in the schedule who have offered the same number (minimum amount) are hereby informed to be present. In addition, the authorized representative of the bidder is requested to attend the auction with the prescribed letter, seal, specimen signature and representative's identity card.
