The opening of Financial Proposal of said consulting service is scheduled on 2082/02/16 at 12.00 AM at the meeting hall of DOT. The representatives from consulting firms are requested to attend Financial Proposal opening event along with letter of authorization, whosoever choose to attend. Those firm which are technically disqualified are requested to take back their financial proposal on same day.
