Procedure for submission of examination fee

The posts will be filled accordingly after the legal arrangements are made as per the order of the mandate issued in 2018. Permanent.

Written, computer skill test/experimental, group study/presentation and interview as prescribed in the syllabus of the concerned post. Kathmandu.

The candidate must attach the minimum educational qualification Marksheet/Transcript and character certificate and citizenship certificate as well as the inclusive group opening document in case of inclusive group advertisements. If the applicant has obtained educational qualification from a country other than Nepal, he/she must submit a certificate of equivalence determined by the concerned body. For posts requiring experience, the appointment letter along with a certified letter of experience from the head of the office/institution where he/she worked must be uploaded at the designated place.

Must submit. In case of a post requiring a Professional Membership Certificate, it must also be submitted. The candidate himself must be fully responsible for the details mentioned in the application. By 2083/03/11 and by 2083/03/18 on payment of double the fee.

Candidates must have completed 18 years of age and not exceeded 35 years of age for Assistant level and for Officer level by the last date of application.

Must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 35 years. In the case of female and disabled candidates, must not have exceeded 40 years. There is no age limit for permanent employees of Nepal Chartered Accountants Institute. Must work as prescribed under the management of the institution. The appointed employees will be posted in the head office and branch offices outside the valley as per the needs of the institution.

After submitting the online application form, the examination fee to be paid must be paid through eSewa or Connect IPS. If the prescribed amount is not deposited, the online application form will be considered as not being duly submitted. After submitting the application through online means, the prescribed examination fee/double fee must be paid by the next day after the last date of application through any of the above-mentioned methods at the latest.

The written examination schedule will be as prescribed by the Public Service Commission.

The examination fee will be payable for each advertisement as follows. Candidates applying for additional advertisements for inclusive groups will have to pay an additional fee for each additional group.

Candidates who wish to apply for the posts in the inclusive group by applying in the advertisement of the inclusive group should prepare the following documents and submit their applications at the time of application. After being selected for the interview based on the results of the written examination, they should come for the interview with the original copies of such documents themselves.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

You must also bring a certified copy (photocopy) with you.

In the case of Dalits: In the case of a caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, based on the same list, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, a document certified by the Chief District Officer as a surname within the listed caste on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.

Candidates must have attained the prescribed educational qualification by the application deadline. Candidates who have studied in a foreign institution must have their qualifications equivalency determined by the relevant body.

2. The double fee period will not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, experience period and other qualifications. 3. Applications that are not submitted within the prescribed deadline or do not meet the minimum qualifications or do not include other specified details or do not pay the prescribed fee will not be accepted.

As per Regulation 14.10 of the Nepal Chartered Accountants Institute Employees Service Conditions Regulations, 2066 (Third Amendment 2080), permanent employees who have completed the prescribed period of service and have attained the minimum educational qualification are requested to submit their applications through the organization's online application system career.ican.org.np by 2083/03/11 in the prescribed form along with all the required documents. This notice has been published for the information of the concerned potential candidates. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline and without the prescribed procedure.
