Notice from the Social Security Fund regarding the advertisement of internal and open competitive examinations conducted by the Public Service Commission

As per the agreement of the Public Service Commission, the vacant posts in the following services, groups, subgroups and levels in this fund are to be filled up permanently through internal and open competitive examinations, and therefore applications are invited from candidates who meet the following qualifications. Candidates for the post of Assistant Computer Operator in all services, groups, subgroups and Miscellaneous Services Computer Engineering Group (Level 4) who have met the prescribed minimum qualifications from Level 9 to Level 5 can apply through the online application system of the fund.

The form must be filled through (https://vacancy.ssf.gov.np).

Additionally, candidates in the General Administration Group and Accounting Group (Level 4) within the Administration Service can apply through the Integrated Application Management System (https://uvms.epf.org.np).

Special notice regarding advertisement:

The posts will be filled accordingly after the necessary legal arrangements are made as per the order of the mandate issued on 24.10.2079 by the Honorable Supreme Court in the petitions for transfer including Writ No. 078-WO-0660.

(a) Type of Examination: Written, Computer Skill Test/Experimental/Group Discussion/Case Study as prescribed in the syllabus of the concerned post and

Presentation, interview.

(b) Examination Center: Kathmandu.

(c) Last date for submission of application: 2082.10.29 and double fee 2082.11.07.

(d) Age limit:

(1) For posts in Level 4 and 5, the age must be 18 years and not more than 35 years.

(2) For positions in Level 6 and 7, the age must be 21 years and not more than 35 years.

(3) Not exceeding 40 years of age for positions at level 8 and above.

(4) In the case of female and disabled candidates, the age limit is not more than 40 years.

(5) No age limit shall apply to permanent employees working in the service of the Fund.

(e) Examination Fee: The following application fee will be required for each advertisement. In case of candidates applying for additional advertisements for inclusive groups

Rs. 1500 for 9 levels.-

(f) Method and time of payment of examination fee: After filling the online application form, the mentioned fee can be paid only through the available Online Payment Platform by going to the Payment tab.

(g) Probationary period: It will be in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 32 of the Social Security Fund (Employee Administration) Regulations, 2075 BS.

(h) Details of duties to be performed while in office: Service, group and subgroup related.

(i) Salary and other benefits: As per the prevailing rules of the Fund.

(j) Written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission. The date of the written examination program will be published after it is received from the Commission.

(k) Minimum Qualification Required:

a) A.P. Towards:

Qualified as per Sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 38 of the Social Security Fund Employee Administration Regulations 2075.

b) Open and inclusive:

(1) Deputy Director, Level 9, Administration, General Administration: Having passed a Master's degree or equivalent in any subject from a recognized educational institution and having gained five years of work experience in an officer-level position in any government service or organization registered under the prevailing law or an organized organization or an international association or organization.

(2) Senior Assistant Director, Level 8, Administration, Finance, Expert (Investment and Risk Analyst): A Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or Commerce with Management or a Master's degree in Economics or its equivalent from a recognized educational institution and a F.R.A. (Financial Risk Analyst) or C.F.A. (Chartered Financial Analyst) course and five years of work experience in an officer-level position in any government service or organization or corporate body registered under the prevailing law or an international association or organization.

(3) Assistant Director, Level 7, Administration, Finance, Investment: Master's degree or equivalent with Accounting or Finance or Economics as the main subject from a recognized educational institution.

(4) Assistant Director, Level 7, Administration, Finance, Expert (Risk Analyst): Graduate in Management with Accounting or Finance or Graduate in Economics or equivalent from a recognized institution and F. R. (Financial Risk Analyst) course.

(5) Finance Officer, Level 6, Administration, Finance, Investment: Master's degree or equivalent with Accounting or Finance or Economics as the main subject from a recognized educational institution.

(6) Law Officer, Level 6, Administration, Law: Master's degree in Law from a recognized educational institution.

(7) Information Technology Officer, Level 6, Miscellaneous, Computer Engineering: Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Information from a recognized educational institution.

Passed Master's Degree in Technology.
