Notice inviting applications for positions to be filled through open and inclusive competitive examination

As per the agreement of the Public Service Commission, the following posts of this Board are to be filled up through open and inclusive competition, and applications are invited from Nepali citizens who have met the eligibility criteria as per the Nepal Securities Board Employee Service Conditions Regulations, 2068 (as amended). Candidates who have met the prescribed minimum eligibility criteria are invited to apply through the online application system by going to the Career Tab on the Board's website https://www.sebon.gov.np/ and clicking on the link https://www.sebon.gov.np/career. If the last day for submission of applications falls on a holiday, applications can be submitted until the next day when the office is open. The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission. No action will be taken on applications that are not in accordance with the procedure and have passed the deadline.

Documents to be uploaded:-

The candidate must upload the documents specified in the advertisement, including the Nepali citizenship certificate, educational qualifications, inclusive group opening document, and other documents, in PDF/JPG/PNG format, to the designated place of the online application system. If the applicant has obtained educational qualifications from a country other than Nepal, a copy of the certificate determining equivalence must also be uploaded along with it. In addition, the certificate of passing the pre-qualification examination conducted by the Public Service Commission must also be uploaded. The candidate must be responsible for the details mentioned in the application.

It can be submitted by 2082/08/25 and 2082/09/03 by paying double the fee.

For the post of Assistant Second Class, the age should be 18 years and not more than 35 years as on 08/05/2082, but for female and disabled candidates, the age should not be more than 40 years.

Minimum Qualification Required:

1 Assistant Second Class, Administrative Service, for the post of Assistant: - Certificate level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.

Must have passed the same.

Special instructions for candidates applying for inclusion group advertisements:

Candidates who wish to apply for the posts under the inclusive group should prepare the following documents and submit their applications at the time of application. After being selected for the interview based on the results of the written examination, they should bring the originals of such documents along with their self-attested copies when they come for the interview. If the uploaded documents are not with the candidate at the time of application, the application may be canceled at any time. a.

In the case of Madhesi, a certificate certifying that the person is a Madhesi by an organization as specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, but in the case of a person not specified by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, a certificate certifying that the person is a Madhesi by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local body.

Note:

1. Must not be disqualified as per the Nepal Securities Board Employee Service Conditions Regulations, 2068 (with amendments). 2. The examinations conducted on the basis of open and inclusive competition will be conducted jointly at one time in one sitting.

3. The candidates submitting the application will have to pay the examination fee as specified in the notice within the specified deadline and double the examination fee within 7 days of the deadline through the board's website https://www.sebon.gov.np/ through Connect IPS, E-Sewa and Khalti, which are linked to the online application system. The service fee for this will have to be paid by the candidates submitting the application.

4. The double fee period will not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, experience period and other qualifications. 5. Applications that are not submitted within the prescribed deadline or do not meet the minimum qualifications or do not include other specified details or do not pay the prescribed fee will not be accepted.

6. The prescribed educational qualification must have been obtained by the last date of application. Candidates who have studied in a foreign institution must have their qualifications equivalency determined by the concerned body. 7. The Recruitment Committee shall have the right to cancel any application with or without assigning any reason.

8. Candidates must use only black ink in the examination. Otherwise, the answer sheet will be cancelled. 9. The syllabus can be obtained from the board's website https://www.sebon.gov.np/.

10. When appearing for the written examination, the candidate must bring along his/her original citizenship certificate and the admit card downloaded from the board's online application system. 11.
