Information regarding filling out the online application form for open advertisements

Since the vacant posts of the following levels and posts of this bank have to be filled through open competition as per the agreement of the Public Service Commission, interested and eligible Nepali citizens who have attained the required minimum educational qualification and have not committed any offence have been invited to fill the online application form from 2082.11.01. All the details to be filled in the online application form prescribed by the bank must be filled along with their Nepali citizenship and transcript of educational qualification prescribed for the post applied for, character certificate, certificate of passing the pre-qualification examination conducted by the Public Service Commission and if they have educational qualification obtained from a country other than Nepal, they must scan and attach a certificate of equivalence determined by Tribhuvan University and a passport size photograph. Candidates working in the Government of Nepal or an institution owned by the Government of Nepal must also scan and attach the departmental approval.

No action will be taken against online applications that do not meet the requirements, do not have the required minimum educational qualifications and have not paid the prescribed examination fee. Also, no action will be taken against candidates who have been dismissed from service by the Government of Nepal or any organized organization or bank/financial institution with a view to disqualifying them in the future, have been proven guilty by a court of law in a criminal case involving moral turpitude, have been blacklisted for non-payment of loans from a bank/financial institution, have not reached the prescribed age or have exceeded the age limit for the specified post, are mentally unsound, are under suspension and have not completed the period of prohibition from being a candidate due to irregularities in the examination conducted by the Public Service Commission. In case of filling the online application form with false details, the applicant himself/herself shall be responsible for the same.

The examination fee will also have to be paid through the online payment methods (NamastePay or ConnectIPS or e-Sewa or Khalti or other specified ones). This notice also informs that there is no provision for payment of examination fee in cash.

(2) Type of service: Permanent.

(3) Required minimum educational qualifications and others:-

(a) Have attained a qualification of ten plus two or its equivalent. local news

(b) Passed the pre-qualification examination conducted by the Public Service Commission on 2082/07/15.

(4) Basis of Application:- Candidates applying online for the posts reserved for inclusive groups must apply on the following basis. (a) In the case of indigenous/tribal people, in the case of a caste listed in the Nepal Indigenous/Tribal Peoples Upliftment National Foundation Act, on the basis of the list of that act, but if there is more than one surname within a caste listed in the Nepal Indigenous/Tribal Peoples Upliftment National Foundation Act, it must be certified by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local body as a surname within the listed caste and must be scanned and attached with the application.

(b) In the case of Madhesis, on the basis of being certified as Madhesi by an organization as specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, but until such time as the organization is not specified by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, it is mandatory to get certified as Madhesi by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local body and scan and attach it with the application.

(c) In the case of Dalits, on the basis of the same list as listed by the National Dalit Commission, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local body, the surname listed by the Chief District Officer shall be the same.

It is mandatory to scan and attach the application along with the application form to prove that it is a surname within the caste. (d) In case of the disabled, a certificate certifying the disability from the Social Welfare Council on the recommendation of an approved doctor must be scanned and attached along with the application form.

(e) In the case of backward areas, a citizenship certificate obtained from the concerned district stating permanent residence in Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dolpa, Bajhang, Bajura, Mugu and Humla districts and a certificate from the concerned rural municipality or municipality certifying that the applicant is currently permanently residing in the same place must be scanned and attached along with the application.

(5) Salary and other benefits as per prevailing rules of the bank.

(6) Age of the candidate: - Must have completed 18 years of age and not exceeded 35 years of age as on the last date of submission of online application (i.e. 2082/11/21). Also, in the case of women and persons with disabilities, candidates can be candidates up to 40 years of age, but the above age limit will not apply to permanent employees working in the bank.

(7) Candidate selection method: Written test and interview.

(a) Only candidates who have passed the pre-qualification examination conducted by the Public Service Commission on 2082/07/15 can fill the application form. Only candidates who pass the written examination will be allowed to participate in the interview. The marks of the pre-qualification examination will not be added.

(b) First paper of written examination: Integrated examination system of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Nepal Bank Limited and Agricultural Development Bank Limited

(8) Other service conditions: - Will be as per the Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Employee Service Regulations, 2070 (including the Seventh Amendment).

(9) The probationary period is 6 months for female employees and 1 year for male employees.

(10) Posting: - The employees appointed as per the above advertisement will be posted in the concerned province and its branch offices (in the case of Bagmati Province, offices within Bagmati Province (outside the valley)) for a period of at least 7 years.

(12) Examination Fee: Rs. 500/- (five hundred) for open group and additional Rs. 100/- (one hundred) for each additional inclusive group. (If filling for only one inclusive group, Rs. 500.- (five hundred) and if filling for more than one inclusive group, additional Rs. 100/- (one hundred) for each additional inclusive group.

(13) Date of filling the online application form: - The online application form will be started on 2082/11/01 within 21 days (i.e. 2082/11/21). If the last day of filling the application form falls on a public holiday, the application form can be filled up to the day the office opens after the holiday.

(14) The deadline for submitting the application after paying the double fee and filling the form will be 2082.11.28.

(15) Procedure for submitting examination fees After filling the personal details, family details, address details, educational details and details in the Online Application Portal, go to the Vacancy List and select the bank advertisement and group you want to fill and submit the application. (17) The date of the examination and the examination center will be announced by publishing the notice.

(18) The written examination for a post will be held on the same day and at the same time. Candidates who fill the application form for more than one advertisement for the same post will not be eligible for any
