1. This notice has been published for the purpose of supplying patient diet ration for the year 1 from 1st Magh 2082 to mid-2083 Paush for patients who are admitted to treatment beds at Nepal A.P.F. Hospital, Balambu Kathmandu to interested Nepali bidders who are licensed to do business from the relevant body to submit bids through e-bidding.

3. The bidder shall fill in the entire table with the rate excluding VAT for the daily patient diet ration item-wise in the specified unit for the patients being treated in this hospital as per the nature of the disease as mentioned in the price list table of Section 9 (B.1-B.8) of the bidding documents, excluding VAT. If the price list is not filled in for the items mentioned in the said tables, the bid will not be considered as substantially effective.

4. The lowest evaluated bid will be considered the substantially responsive bid, based on the total amount of 365 days per patient, as per the nature of the patient's illness, as quoted by the bidder in the price list table in Section 9 (B.1-B.8) of the bidding document.

5. The patient diet ration shall be supplied and fed as per the menu as mentioned in Schedule-2 of Section 8 of the bidding document, Schedule-1, Patient Diet Ration Requirement.
