Notice regarding registration of application for level increase.

In accordance with Section 40 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077, for the purpose of promotion with effect from Magh 1, 2082, the employees of the Provincial Civil Service working in the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers and the subordinate ministries and bodies under it may submit an application for promotion along with all the following documents within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice to the tenth level of all service groups and to the sixth and eighth levels of the Administration Service, General Administration Group, Miscellaneous Services and Economic Planning and Statistics Service, by filling in the form available on the website of this office: www.ocmcm.madhesh.gov.np. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned in accordance with the decision of the Promotion Committee dated 2082.09.10.

In addition, in accordance with Section 40 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077, the employees of the Provincial Civil Service (excluding health service) working in the Office of the Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers and the subordinate ministries and bodies under it, who have submitted an application for promotion to the tenth level of officer and the eighth level of officer with effect from 1st July 2082, but the documents related to the promotion were completely destroyed during the Gen-Z movement on 23rd and 24th August 2082, and who have completed 3 (three) years of service by mid-Asad 2082 and have received at least thirty working days of in-service training on service-related subjects within the same period, may apply for promotion to the tenth level of all service groups and This notice has been published as per the decision of the Promotion Committee dated 2082.09.10 for the information of all concerned, candidates who have qualified for promotion to the eighth level of the Planning and Statistics Service should fill in the form available on the website of this office:- www.ocmcm.madhesh.gov.np and submit it to this office.

Document proving that you have completed three years of service in a position one level below the level for which you are being promoted (certified copy of appointment letter, adjustment letter, and posting letter)

Certified copy of certificate of in-service training in a service-related subject for at least thirty working days (excluding healthcare services)

Name and address of the office where you have been working for the last three fiscal years.
