Seniority and performance of non-technical and technical officer-level ninth-level posts under the local service

Notification of promotion through evaluation and performance appraisal

Notice No. 70/2082-083, dated 2082/09/01, Tuesday

Potential candidates for promotion who fulfill the conditions as per Section 30 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081 and the following are hereby notified to apply for the following non-technical and technical posts of the ninth level of the local service officer level to be filled through promotion through seniority and performance evaluation and efficiency evaluation by filling in the application form prescribed by the Provincial Public Service Commission, specifying the details mentioned in the application form.

1. For posts filled through seniority and performance evaluation: Section 30 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081 BS and

Must have the qualifications as per Section 39 and not be disqualified as per Section 32.

2. For posts to be filled through performance evaluation: Sections 35, 36, 37 and 40 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081

The evaluation of performance, seniority, experience in working in the geographical area, educational qualifications and training will be as per Section 34 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081. In addition, the candidate must not be disqualified as per Section 32 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081.

3. While filling the application form, you will have to mention the reference number (sheet roll number) received from the National Library (Civil) or Provincial Civil Library.

4. In case of educational qualification that requires equivalence determination, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted. 5. While filling the application form, the last three years' C.S.M. Name of the office that submitted, current level

If you have taken study leave or training, you must provide details of the duration and any absences.

6. All the details mentioned in all the sections of the application form must be clearly stated.

7. A checklist of documents to be attached along with the promotion application form should be submitted on a separate sheet.

8. Application fee Rs. 1200.- (Rs. one thousand two hundred only) will have to be paid.

9. The candidate must submit the application by attaching a copy of the original bank voucher in which the application fee has been paid in his/her name to any bank of his/her choice, including Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Account No.: 1000100200010000 or Nepal Bank Limited, Account No.: 271020000100100001, under Revenue Head No.: 14224 (Examination Fee).

11. The application form can be downloaded from the website of the Provincial Public Service Commission ppsc.madhesh.gov.np. The concerned candidate should fill in one copy of the application form clearly and submit it to the Provincial Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham by the last date for submission of application. No action will be taken on the applications received after the deadline.

An additional fee of Rs. 500/- (five hundred) will have to be paid for each category/group (open, inclusive and inter-level).

Last date for submitting application: 2082/09/21 and by 2082/09/28 after paying double the fee.

Place and method of paying the application fee: After submitting the form through the Commission's online application system, click on My Application and then All Applications, then click on the Pay Button of the advertisement you have applied for, select Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited in the bank option and choose one of the Online/Offline Payment options to make the payment.
