Notification of promotion through performance appraisal and efficiency assessment

Potential candidates for promotion who fulfill the conditions as per Section 30 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081 and the following are hereby notified to apply for the following technical and non-technical posts of the Local Service Officer Level 7 to be filled through promotion through seniority and performance evaluation and efficiency evaluation by filling in the application form prescribed by the Provincial Public Service Commission, specifying the details mentioned in the application form.

1. For positions filled through seniority and performance evaluation: Must have the qualifications as per Section 30 and Section 39 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081 and not be disqualified as per Section 32.

2. For posts to be filled through performance evaluation: Performance evaluation as per Sections 35, 36, 37 and 38 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081, seniority, experience working in the geographical area, educational qualifications and training will be evaluated as per Section 34 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081. Also, the candidate must not be disqualified as per Section 32 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081.

3. While filling the application form, you will have to mention the reference number (sheet roll number) received from the National Library (Civil) or Provincial Civil Library.

4. In the case of educational qualifications that require equivalence, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted.

5. All the details mentioned in all the sections of the application form must be clearly stated.

6. While filling the application form, the name of the office where the performance evaluation of the last three years was submitted, the period of study leave and training taken in the current rank, if any, and details of any absences, as well as a checklist of documents to be attached with the promotion application form, should be submitted on a separate sheet. 7.

An application fee of Rs. 1000.- (Rs. One Thousand Only) will have to be paid.

8. Place to pay application fee: The candidate will have to submit the application by attaching the original bank voucher copy of the application fee paid in his/her name to any bank of his/her choice among Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Account No.: 100010020001000 or Nepal Bank Limited, Account No.: 2710200000100100001, with the office code of Provincial Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham: 2100117012 and Revenue Head No.: 14224 (Examination Fee).

9. Last date for submission of application: 2082/9/21 and up to 2082/09/28 after paying double fee

10. The application form can be downloaded from the website of the Provincial Public Service Commission ppsc.madhesh.gov.np. The concerned candidate should fill in one copy of the application form clearly and submit it to the Provincial Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham by the last date for submission of application. No action will be taken on the applications received after the deadline.
