Notification of upcoming promotions and promotions through performance evaluation

And since the posts have to be filled through promotion through performance evaluation and promotion through efficiency evaluation for the following posts as per Sections 32, 37 and 37A of the Sudurpaschim Province Civil Service Act, 2079 BS, prospective candidates for promotion may submit their applications by 2082.11.05, specifying the details mentioned in the application form prescribed by the Provincial Public Service Commission. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Seniority will be calculated as per Sections 34, 37 and 37A of the Sudurpaschim Province Civil Service Act, 2079 BS. The application form can be downloaded from the Provincial Public Service Commission website https://psc.

It can be downloaded from sudurpashchim.gov.np. The concerned candidate should fill in one copy of the application form clearly and submit it to the office of this commission by the last date for submission of application. The applications received will be sent in bulk to the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee according to the promotion notification number.

No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline.

Things to keep in mind when applying for a position:

1. Must not be ineligible for promotion as per Section 17 and Section 30 of the Sudurpaschim Province Civil Service Act, 2079 BS.

2. While filling the application form, it is mandatory to mention the reference number received from the National Library (Civil) or Provincial Civil Library. In case of educational qualifications that require equivalence, it is mandatory to submit a certified copy of the equivalence determination.

The details mentioned in all the sections of the application form should be clearly stated. While filling the application form, the name of the office where the performance evaluation form for the last five years was submitted, the period of study leave and training taken at the current level, if any, and the date of termination of employment.

If so, details of the same and a letter of adjustment to the Far Western Province must be submitted.

The basis for promotion through seniority and performance evaluation is as per Sections 37 and 37A of the Sudurpaschim Province Civil Service Act, 2079 BS and based on efficiency.

The basis for promotion through evaluation shall be as per Section 32 of the Sudurpaschim Province Civil Service Act, 2079 BS. 6. Notice No. 46/2082-083 As per the Sudurpaschim Province Civil Service Act, 2079, the following service, group, subgroup and level posts of the Province Civil Service are to be filled up permanently through the AP, inter-level and open and inclusive competitive examination, and therefore applications are invited from the candidates who have met the following qualifications. Then select the bank, select Online Payment and select the specified wallets.

Select Username and Password and make payment.

For Offline Payment, go to My Application and click on All Applications and then click on the Pay Button of the advertisement you have applied for. Then select the specified bank and select Offline Payment and click on Click here to Generate Voucher and pay the specified amount along with the same voucher to the concerned bank. Once an application has been submitted in any advertisement, it will not be possible to make any changes or corrections to the same advertisement again. Application Fee Submission Period: - After submitting the application online, the candidate must pay the prescribed examination fee/double fee along with the voucher mentioned in the Master ID and transaction code number received and at the latest within the office hours of the next day of the last date of application (if the said day falls on a public holiday, then on the first day the office opens).

Documents to be uploaded:- Candidates submitting online application should upload all the required details including educational qualification, training, experience, business license (Council) certificate, inclusive group opening document and other documents as specified in the relevant advertisement in PDF format at the designated place of the online application system. All candidates should upload the front and back of their citizenship certificate, recent passport size photograph, signature in JPG format at the designated place. If the documents are not submitted in the specified format, the admit card will not be printed, so the documents should be uploaded in the specified format.

Special attention should be paid while filling the application form as per Section 14 of the Provincial Public Service Commission (Operation of Work) Directive, 2080, if the application is not submitted or submitted in a negligent manner, the application will be cancelled at the time of verification and no hearing will be held on applications cancelled later for any reason.
