Notice regarding publication of written examination results

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned that the following number of candidates have been selected for the second stage examination from the first stage written examination conducted on 2082.1.20 for the post of R.P.A.N. First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or similar posts under the integrated examination by the Commission's offices. Also, since some candidates who participated in the said examination did not mention "Key" in their answer sheet, their examination has been canceled. It is informed that the candidates selected for the second stage examination will be allowed to participate only in the examination center designated by the Commission's offices where they took the first stage examination, using the previous admit card. Detailed details and information regarding the first stage results can be obtained from the Commission's website www.psc.gov.np and the Commission's notice board and the relevant offices of the Commission.

Public Service Commission, Central Office Advertisement No. 17239/082-83 (A.P.), Nepal Health Service, Health Inspection Group, Ninth Level, Public Health Administrator candidate Yogesh Prasad Bhatta (Roll No. 870060) has been decided by the Commission on 2083.01.31 to cancel the application and examination of the candidate Yogesh Prasad Bhatta (Roll No. 870060) and remove his name from the list published for interview. As per the short-term interim order issued by the Honorable Supreme Court on 2083.02.06 (Writ No. 082-WO-1333), the Commission (Chairman level) has decided on 2083.02.07 to include the candidate in the interview. The Hon'ble Supreme Court's Writ No. 082-WO-0382 (082-FN-0566), dated 2082.12.16, was included in the interview as per the interim order. The Hon'ble Supreme Court's letter dated 2083.02.05 dismissed Writ No. 082-WO-0382 and Writ No. 082-WO-0644 attached to that writ petition. Writ No. 079-wo-1404, Writ No. 082-wo-776 and Writ No. 082-wo-0777. Since it has been informed that the joint bench has decided to dismiss the petitions, the Commission's B.No. 16657/082-83 (Madhesi), Nepal Judicial Service, Law Group, National Service Commission First Class, Joint Secretary or equivalent post candidate Indira Yadav (Roll No. 870151) does not appear to be in line with the experience specified in clause (h) of sub-section (5) of section 11 of the Public Service Commission (Operation of Work) Directive, 2079, Chapter 4, Provisions relating to Publication of Advertisements and Scrutiny and Approval of Application Forms, therefore, in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 38 of the Public Service Commission Act, 2079, the Commission has decided on 2083.02.05 to cancel her application, including the results of the written examination, case presentation and interview, and to remove her name from the list.
