Regarding the cancellation of the recommendation of appointment

Public Service Commission, Central Office Advertisement No. 17260/081-82 (Open), Nepal Health Service, Miscellaneous Group, Psychology Sub-Group, Ninth Level, Senior Clinical Psychologist post as per the Commission's Notice No. 914/082-83, dated 2082.10.7, during the investigation of the complaint filed against the candidate Rampukar Sah who was recommended for permanent appointment, it was found that his experience was not sufficient as per Sub-rule (3) of Rule 15 of the Nepal Health Service Regulations, 2055, and accordingly, as per Sub-rule (3) of Section 38 of the Public Service Commission Act, 2079, his application, examination, interview and recommendation for appointment were cancelled and accordingly, necessary action was taken as per the prevailing law, and this notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Public Service Commission, Central Office Advertisement No. 17217/082-83 (O.J.), Nepal Health Service, Medicine Group, Tropical Medicine Sub-Group, Ninth Level, Consultant Tropical Medicine (Physician) post vide Commission Notice No. 2135/082-83, dated 2083.1.13, the candidate Simran Shrestha with roll number 870011, who was selected for interview based on the results of the written examination published on the National Medical Education Regulations, 2077, Sub-rule (5) of Rule 22 and the Procedure for Selection of Medical Scholarships and Mobilization of Specialist Doctors Receiving Scholarships in Government Educational Institutions, 2072, as per the conditions and scholarship, the candidate has applied to the Bagmati Province Government, Ministry of Health, Ch.No. 3605, dated 2082.2.25, has been confirmed to have violated the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract to perform the work as mentioned in the letter and is found to be ineligible to be a candidate for the said post. Accordingly, pursuant to Sub-section (3) of Section 38 of the Public Service Commission Act, 2079, his application and examination have been cancelled and his name has been removed from the list published for interview.
