Advertisement for the open and inclusive competitive examination for the fourth level of non-technical posts of the Provincial Civil Service.

As per the Sudurpaschim Province Civil Service Act, 2079, the following services, groups, subgroups, levels and posts of the Provincial Civil Service are to be filled up through open and inclusive competitive examinations, applications are invited from the candidates who have met the following qualifications. Candidates who have met the prescribed minimum qualifications will have to apply online through the Commission's online application system http://ppsconline.sudurpashchim.gov.np. The open and inclusive competitive examinations of the Provincial Civil Service will be conducted in an integrated manner at one time and the candidates selected from the competitive examinations will be recommended to the concerned body for appointment according to the priority order.

Application medium:-

Applications for all advertised positions must be submitted through the online application system. The Commission's online application system

Last date for submitting application: 2083/01/17 and 2083/01/24 after paying double fee.

Age limit of the candidate: - As of 2083/01/17, the age of the male candidate should be 18 years and not more than 35 years, and the age of the female and disabled candidates should not be more than 40 years. Also, the age limit will apply to the permanent employees of the Federal Civil Service, Provincial Civil Service of any province and local service.

For additional letters, an additional 150/- will have to be paid per letter. Method and place of payment of application fee: After submitting the form through the Commission's online application system, go to My Application and click on All Applications.

Click on it, then click on the Pay Button of the advertisement you have applied for, then select the bank, select Online Payment, select the specified ballots, enter the Username and Password and make the payment.

For Offline Payment, go to My Application and click on All Application, then click on the Pay Button of the advertisement you have applied for, then select the specified bank and select Offline Payment and click on Click here to Generate Voucher and pay the specified amount along with the same voucher to the concerned bank. Once an application has been submitted in any advertisement, it is not possible to make any changes or corrections to the same advertisement again. Application fee payment period: - After submitting the application through online medium, the candidate will have to provide the Master ID and transaction code number mentioned

The prescribed examination fee/double fee along with the voucher must be paid within office hours on the next day after the last date for submitting the application (if the said day falls on a public holiday, then on the first day the office is open after that).

Documents to be uploaded:- The candidate submitting the electronic application should fill in all the details as requested, including educational qualifications, training, experience, business license (Council) certificate, inclusive group opening document, and the documents specified in the relevant advertisement, at the designated place of the online application system.

Must be uploaded in PDF format. All candidates must upload the front and back of their citizenship certificate, a recent passport size photograph, and signature in JPG format to the designated location. The documents must be uploaded in the designated format as the admit card will not be printed if the documents are not submitted in the designated format.

Special attention should be paid while filling the application form as the application will be cancelled at the time of verification and no hearing will be held on applications cancelled later for any reason, as per Section 14 of the Provincial Public Service Commission (Operation of Work) Directive (First Amendment), 2080 and the notification. Interview Date:- The notification will be published when the results of the written examination are published.

Minimum educational qualification required for the open and inclusive competition:

1. Administration Assistant, Administration, General Administration: S.L.C. / S.E.E. or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.

2. Associate Accountant, Administration, Accounts: S.L.C. / SEE. or equivalent with Mathematics or Law or optional Accounts from a recognized educational institution. Note: If the grading system is implemented, in the case of candidates who have passed S.L.C. / SEE. or equivalent examination, those who have obtained GPA 2 or above grade points will be considered to have fulfilled the minimum qualification.

Notice for AP, Open and Inclusive Examination

(a) Must not be disqualified as per Sections 17 and 30 of the Far Western Province Civil Service Act, 2079 BS.

(b) To apply for the internal competition of the Provincial Civil Service, one must have met the qualifications as per Sub-sections (7) and (9) of Section 9 of the Far Western Provincial Civil Service Act, 2079 BS.

(c) The written examination for internal, open and inclusive sections will be held on the same date and time (separate examinations will not be required for each service/group and internal, open and inclusive groups).

(e) The results of the candidates selected from the written examination for internal, open and inclusive categories will be published in alphabetical order. (f) Candidates selected from the written examination will have to fill in the order of preference before appearing for the interview. No preference will be given.

Candidates will not be invited for an interview.) Candidates selected through the written examination for inclusion groups will be selected based on the inclusion groups mentioned in the application form as per the prevailing criteria of the Commission.

(An inclusive group of candidates will be established according to the six arrangements.

(h) The program will be decided in such a way that candidates selected in open and inclusive and more than one inclusive group through the written examination will appear for the interview only once. Also, the interview score will be counted for all the groups (open and inclusive) in which the candidate has passed. (j)

) Recommendations for appointment will be made according to the merit order obtained after all stages of examination.

Special instructions for candidates wishing to apply for advertisements for inclusive groups

Candidates who wish to apply for the posts under the inclusive group should prepare the following documents and submit their applications at the time of application. After being selected for the interview based on the results of the written examination, they should bring the originals of such documents along with their self-attested copies when they appear for the interview. If the mentioned documents are not found to be in existence at the time of application, the application may be cancelled at any time.

a) In the case of Dalits, based on the same list as listed by the National Dalit Commission, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, the surname must be certified as being within the listed caste by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the concerned local level and submitted along with the application.

b) In the case of Tharu/Rana Tharu, based on the same list in the case of a caste listed by the National Tharu Commission, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Tharu Commission, a document certified by the Chief District Officer as a surname within the listed caste on the recommendation of the concerned local level.

c) In the case of economically disadvantaged Khas Aryas, if they have obtained a poor identity card as per the prevailing law, they must submit that identity card or, in the case of not having an identity card, a recommendation issued by the concerned local level stating that they are a person from the poor Khas Arya community with an annual income less than that prescribed by law. d) In the case of backward areas, permanent residence in the districts mentioned in (1) of the explanatory clause of sub-section (7) of Section 7 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS.

A certificate of citizenship obtained from the concerned district and a document certifying that the applicant is currently residing in the same place from the concerned local level. If the applicant has acquired citizenship from a district other than the district of permanent residence based on a recommendation made within 3 months prior to the date of filling the application form, a letter stating the reason for doing so obtained from the District Administration Office issuing citizenship. If the applicant has married or migrated to a district mentioned in the clarification clause (1) of sub-section (7) of Section 7 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS, marriage registration in the case of marriage.

In case of certificate and migration, a document showing the migration of the local level left and the one to which it was transferred must be submitted. e) In case of indigenous people/tribes, in case of the castes listed in the Nepal Indigenous/Tribes Upliftment National Foundation Act, on the basis of the same list, but Nepal

If there is more than one surname within the caste listed in the National Foundation for the Upliftment of Indigenous/Tribes Act, the surname must be certified as belonging to the listed caste by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the concerned local level and submitted along with the application.

f) In case of disability, a disability identity card issued by the Social Welfare Council on the recommendation of an approved doctor or an identity card certified by the concerned local level stating the classification of disability as per Sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074 BS shall be submitted.

a) As per Sub-section (2) of Section (10) of the Far Western Province Civil Service Act, 2079, a person will be entitled to the facility of reservation only once during his service period. b) As Section 10A of the Far Western Province Civil Service Act, 2079 does not provide for the candidature for posts of the same level/category, such candidates will not be allowed to apply.

c) In the case of advertisements requiring a period of experience, the minimum period of service must have been completed by the last date for receipt of applications for the relevant post.
