Notice of promotion to the post of Assistant Fifth (Non-Technical/Technical) of the Provincial Civil Service

For the following posts to be filled by promotion, as per the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077, prospective candidates of the Provincial Civil Service are hereby informed to submit their applications by filling the details mentioned in the application form prescribed by the Provincial Public Service Commission. The application form can be downloaded from the website of the Provincial Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province ppsc.madhesh.gov.np. The concerned candidate should fill one copy of the application form clearly and submit it to the office of the commission by the last date for submission of application. No action will be taken on the applications received after the deadline. The office of the commission will arrange to send the application forms received in this manner to the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee in bulk according to the promotion notification number received.

Candidates should keep in mind while applying: (a) Must have the minimum qualification for promotion as per Section 30 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077 BS and must not be disqualified for promotion as per Section 31.

(b) While filling the application form, it is mandatory to mention the reference number received from the Civil Service Library.

(c) In case of educational qualification for which equivalence is to be determined, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted. (d) Along with the application, a certificate of in-service training of one month or more in a subject related to the concerned service, group or subgroup must be submitted.

A copy must be submitted. (e) The details as mentioned in all the sections of the application form must be clearly stated.

(f) Application fee Rs. 400/- (four hundred) will have to be paid for Assistant Fifth. g) Method and place of payment of application fee: Provincial Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham Office Code: 2100117012 and Revenue Heading No.:

(14224 (Examination Fee)) and submit the application to any bank of your choice, including Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Account No.: 1000100200010000 or Nepal Bank Limited, Account No.: 271020000100100001, along with a copy of the original bank voucher in which the candidate has paid the application fee in his/her name.
