Potential candidates for promotion who have fulfilled the conditions as per Section 30 of the Local Services (Formation and Operation) Act, 2081 and the following are hereby notified to apply for the following non-technical and technical posts of Assistant Level 5 of the Local Service to be filled through promotion based on seniority, performance evaluation and efficiency evaluation, as determined by the Public Service Commission and the Provincial Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, by filling the application form prescribed by the Provincial Public Service Commission, specifying the details mentioned in the application form.

1. For posts to be filled through seniority and performance evaluation: Qualifications as per Section 30 and Section 39 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081

and must not be disqualified pursuant to Section 32. 2.

For posts to be filled through performance appraisal: Section 30 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081

The candidate must have the qualifications as per Sections 35, 36, 37 and 38 and the evaluation of performance, seniority, experience working in the geographical area, educational qualifications and training will be as per Section 34 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081. In addition, he/she must not be disqualified as per Section 32 of the Local Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2081. 3. While filling the application form, the employee reference number (seat roll number) received from the National Bookstore (Civil) or the Provincial Civil Bookstore, Madhesh Province must be mentioned.

4. In case of educational qualifications for which equivalence is to be determined, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted. 5. All the details as mentioned in all the sections of the application form must be clearly stated.

6. When filling out the application form, the name of the office that submitted the performance evaluation for the last three years that will be counted for the evaluation, the period of study leave and training taken at the current level, if any, and details of any absences, as well as a checklist of documents to be attached with the promotion application form

(Check List) should also be submitted on a separate sheet.

7. Application fee Rs. 400.- (Rs. four hundred only) will have to be paid.

The candidate will have to submit the application by attaching the original bank voucher copy of the application fee paid in his/her name to any bank of his/her choice, including Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Account No.: 1000100200010000 or Nepal Bank Limited, Account No.: 271020000100100001. 9. Last date for submission of application: 2082/10/22 and double the fee by 2082/10/29.

10. The application form can be downloaded from the website of the Provincial Public Service Commission ppsc.madhesh.gov.np. The concerned candidate should fill in one copy of the application form clearly and submit it to the Provincial Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham by the last date for submission of application.

No action will be taken on applications received.
