Last date for submission of application: 2081/11/20 and by 2081/11/27 on payment of double fee. Age limit of candidate: 18 years of age as on 2081/11/20 and not exceeding 40 years of age. Age limit will not apply in the case of incumbent permanent civil servants.
An application fee of Rs. 200/- (Two hundred) will have to be paid for each advertisement. Applying for additional advertisements for inclusive groups
In case of candidates, an additional fee of Rs. 100/- (one hundred) will have to be paid for each additional group.
Method and place to pay the application fee: After submitting the form through the Commission's online application system, click on My Application and then All Applications, then click on the Pay Button of the advertisement you have applied for, select Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited in the bank option and choose one of the Online/Offline Payment options to make the payment.
To pay the fee through Online Payment: After selecting Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited, select Online Payment and click Next. Then, you can pay the amount by connecting to IPS. Candidates making online payment can pay immediately using any of the designated wallets.
To pay the fee offline: After selecting Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited, select Offline Payment and click on Next. Then click on Click here and download and print the voucher and go to the concerned bank along with the same voucher and pay the specified amount. Application fee payment period: The specified examination fee or double fee must be paid by 2081/11/27 at the latest. Once an application has been submitted in any advertisement, it is not possible to add or correct the application in the same advertisement.
Documents to be uploaded: The candidate will have to upload the documents specified in the advertisement including educational qualification, training, experience (in the form prescribed by the Commission), business license certificate, inclusive group opening document and other documents in PDF format at the designated place of the online application system. All candidates will have to scan their photograph, signature and citizenship certificate and upload them in JPG format. The candidate himself will be fully responsible for the details mentioned in the application. The date of the interview will be informed when the results of the written examination are published.

Special instructions regarding additional documents and experience to be submitted by the candidate:
Candidates who wish to apply should prepare and submit the following documents at the time of application. After being selected for the interview based on the results of the written examination, they should bring the originals of such documents along with their self-attested copies when they appear for the interview. If the candidate does not have the mentioned documents at the time of application, the application may be canceled at any time. Additional documents required for candidates applying for inclusion:
(a) In the case of Madhesi: A document certified as Madhesi by an institution as specified by the Provincial Government by publishing a notice in the Provincial Gazette, but until such time as the institution is specified by publishing a notice in the Provincial Gazette, a document certified as Madhesi by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level. (b) In the case of Dalit: In the case of a caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, on the basis of the same list but within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission.
In case of more than one surname, a document certified by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level as a surname within the listed caste. (c) In the case of Muslims: In the case of a caste listed by the National Muslim Commission, on the basis of the same list but in the case of a caste listed by the National Muslim Commission
If there is more than one surname within the name, a document certified as Muslim by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level. (d) In the case of indigenous people/tribes: In the case of a caste listed in the Nepal Indigenous Peoples/Tribes Upliftment National Foundation Act, based on the same list, but if there is more than one surname within a caste listed in the Nepal Indigenous Peoples/Tribes Upliftment National Foundation Act, a document certified as a surname within the listed caste by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.
(e) In the case of Tharu: In the case of a caste listed by the National Tharu Commission, on the basis of the same list, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Tharu Commission, a document certified as Tharu by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level. (f) In the case of economically disadvantaged Khasa Arya community: A poor identity card or recommendation from the local level will have to be submitted with the application.
Note:
1. While submitting the application, the candidate must self-declare that he/she has fulfilled the minimum qualifications by ticking the check box in the online application system stating "I am physically fit".
2. The first phase of physical examination and fitness tests will be conducted only at designated locations where necessary resources are available. 3. Candidates applying in open and inclusive and more than one inclusive group will be required to participate in the physical examination and fitness test only once.
The program will be determined in such a way that. 4. The period of double duty will not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, experience period and other qualifications.
5. Applications that are not submitted within the deadline specified by the Commission, or that do not meet the minimum qualifications, or that do not include other specified details, or that do not pay the specified fee, will not be accepted.
6. Candidates who pass the written test will be required to submit their admit card and original citizenship certificate while appearing for the physical test and fitness test. Candidates who pass the written test will be required to submit their educational qualifications, original citizenship certificate and copies before appearing for the interview.
7. The examinations will be held in three phases, namely, first, second and third. Only candidates who have passed the first phase (physical test and fitness test) will be included in the second phase (written examination). Only candidates who have passed the second phase will be included in the third phase (interview program). 8. The written examination for the open and inclusive sides of the second phase will be held on the same (sitting) date and time. 9. Candidates appearing in the written examination must use only black ink in the answer sheet, otherwise the answer sheet will be cancelled.
10. The results of the candidates selected from the written examination for the open and inclusive categories will be published in alphabetical order. 11. The candidates selected from the written examination for the inclusive category will not be allowed to choose the priority of the inclusive category. 12. The inclusive category of the candidate will be determined as per the prevailing provisions of the Commission based on the inclusive categories mentioned by the candidate in the application form.
13. Recommendation for appointment will be made as per the merit order obtained after all the stages of examination. 14. Candidates seeking assistant writers should contact the Commission office at least 10 (ten) days before the commencement of the written examination. Otherwise, the assistant

15. Must have attained the prescribed educational qualification by the last date of application. Candidates who have studied in a foreign institution must have their qualifications equivalency determined by the concerned body. 16. While submitting the online application, the candidate must mandatorily indicate the type of candidate and the service group cluster in which he/she is a candidate.
17. Candidates will have to update their mobile number and email address while filling the form online. As the details regarding the approval/rejection of the candidate's form will be informed directly through mobile or email, the concerned candidate will be responsible for any failure to appear in the examination due to incorrect mobile number and email address.
18. Once the advertisement number is selected, it cannot be revised again, so it must be selected with confidence. 9. The curriculum can be obtained from the Commission's website ppsc.madhesh.gov.np.
1 Note: As per Sub-section 11 of Section 9 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077, a person will be entitled to avail the facility of reservation only once during his/her service period.
