The application form can be downloaded from the website of the Provincial Public Service Commission www.ppsc.lumbini.gov.np. The concerned candidate should fill in one copy of the application form clearly and submit it to the office of the Commission before the last date for submission of applications. The applications received will be sent to the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee in bulk according to the promotion notification number. It is hereby informed that no action will be taken on the applications received after the deadline.

The following services, groups and subgroups are being filled through open and inclusive competitive examinations at the fourth level (non-technical/technical) of the assistant level, and applications are invited from candidates who have met the prescribed qualifications through electronic (online) means. Candidates who have met the prescribed qualifications must apply online through the Commission's electronic application system (www.ppsconline.lumbini.gov.np). Inclusive competitive examinations for Provincial Civil Service and Local Civil Service (non-technical/technical) will be conducted in an integrated manner at one time. Candidates selected from the competitive examination will be recommended to the relevant bodies of the provincial and local levels for appointment in accordance with the priority order.
