Notice of promotion through seniority and performance evaluation and efficiency evaluation of the posts of Assistant Level IV in the technical and non-technical sectors under the Local Government Service

Notice no. 385/2082-083, dated Monday 26/10/2082

Potential candidates for promotion who fulfill the conditions as per Section 28 of the Local Government Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2080 and the following are hereby notified to apply for the following technical and non-technical posts of Assistant Level IV of the Local Government Service to be filled through promotion based on seniority and performance evaluation and efficiency evaluation by filling the application form prescribed by the Provincial Public Service Commission by 2082/11/26, specifying the details mentioned in the application form.

1. For posts to be filled through seniority and performance evaluation: Section 28 and Section 37 of the Local Government Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2080

The candidate must have the qualifications as per the provisions of Section 30.

2. For posts to be filled through performance evaluation, performance evaluation, seniority, experience in working in the geographical area, educational qualifications and training shall be conducted in accordance with Sections 33, 34, 35 and 36 of the Local Government Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2080.

3. While filling the application form, you will have to mention the reference number (sheet roll number) received from the National Library (Civil) or Provincial Library.

4. In the case of educational qualifications that require equivalence determination, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted.

5. While filling the application form, the name of the office where the last three years of C.S.M. will be counted for evaluation, study leave and training taken at the current level

If there is any, the period of time and details of any loss of income must be submitted.

6. All the details mentioned in all the sections of the application form must be clearly stated.

7. When submitting the promotion form to the Commission, fill in the details form received from the Commission and indicate the priority order of the local level you wish to move to, including your mandatory signature.

The promotion form must be submitted together.

8. Application fee Rs. 500.- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) will have to be paid.

A copy of the original bank voucher of the application fee paid under Revenue Heading No. 14224 (Examination Fee) should be attached.

Application form, priority determination form can be downloaded from the website of the Provincial Public Service Commission psc.koshi.gov.np. The concerned candidate should fill in one copy of the application form clearly and submit it to the Provincial Public Service Commission, Koshi Province, Biratnagar by the last date for submission of application. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline.
