Notice of promotion through performance evaluation to the position of Deputy Secretary of the ninth level or equivalent position in the Local Education Service, Education Administration Group, under the Local Government Service

Notice no. 130/2082-083, dated 27/6/2082 on Monday

Potential candidates for promotion who have fulfilled the conditions as per Section 28 of the Local Government Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2080 and the following are hereby notified to apply for the following technical posts of the ninth level of the Local Government Service Officer level to be filled through promotion through performance evaluation by filling in the application form prescribed by the Provincial Public Service Commission by 2082/7/25, specifying the details mentioned in the application form.

1. Performance evaluation, seniority, experience working in the geographical area, educational qualifications and training will be evaluated as per Section 32 of the Local Government Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2080, as per Section 33, 34, 35 and 36 of the Local Government Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2080. In addition, the candidate must be qualified as per Section 30 of the Local Government Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2080.

2. While filling the application form, you will have to mention the reference number (sheet roll number) received from the National Library (Civil) or Provincial Library.

3. In the case of educational qualifications that require equivalence determination, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted.

4. While filling the application form, the name of the office that submitted the last three years' C.S.M. to be calculated for the evaluation, the duration of study leave and training taken at the current level, and details of any absences, if any, must be submitted.

5. All the details mentioned in all the sections of the application form must be clearly stated.

6. Application fee Rs. 2,000.- (Rs. Two thousand only) will have to be paid.
