Local government services (formation and promotion) at various local levels within Koshi Province, which are to be filled through seniority and performance evaluation,

For the technical and non-technical posts of Assistant Level 5 created pursuant to Sub-section (21) of Section 8 of the Local Government Services (Formation and Operation) Act, 2080, prospective candidates for promotion are hereby notified to submit their applications by 2082/9/29, specifying the details mentioned in the application form prescribed by the Provincial Public Service Commission, subject to Section 28 of the Local Government Services (Formation and Operation) Act, 2080 and the following conditions.

1. Must have the qualifications as per Section 28 and Section 37 of the Local Government Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2080 and be qualified as per Section 30.

2. While filling the application form, you will have to mention the reference number (seat roll number) received from the National Library (Civil) or Provincial Library.

3. In the case of educational qualifications that require equivalence determination, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted.

4. While filling the application form, the name of the office where the last three years of C.S.M. will be counted for evaluation, study leave and training taken at the current level, if any.

The period and details of any missing cuttings must be submitted.

5. All the details mentioned in the columns of the application form must be clearly stated.

6. When submitting the promotion form to the Commission, the details of the local level you wish to move to should be provided in the form received from the Commission for local levels where posts will be filled for the respective level.

The promotion form must be submitted along with the mandatory signatures in the order of priority.

7. Application Fee:

An application fee of Rs. 700.- (Rs. seven hundred only) will have to be paid.

The concerned candidate should fill in one copy of the application form clearly and submit it to the Provincial Public Service Commission, Koshi Province, Biratnagar by the last date for submission of application. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline.

For the technical and non-technical posts of Assistant Level 5 created pursuant to Sub-section (21) of Section 8 of 2080, subject to Section 28 of the Local Government Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2080 and the following conditions, prospective candidates for promotion may apply in the prescribed application form by the Provincial Public Service Commission stating the details mentioned in the application form.

Applications are requested to be submitted by 2082/9/29.

2. Evaluation of work performance, seniority, experience working in the geographical area as per Sections 33, 34, 35 and 36 of the Local Government Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2080,

The evaluation of educational qualifications and training will be in accordance with Section 32 of the Local Government Services (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2080.

3. While filling the application form, you will have to mention the reference number (seat roll number) received from the National Library (Civil) or Provincial Library.

4. In the case of educational qualifications that require equivalence determination, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted.

5. While filling the application form, the name of the office where the last three years of C.S.A. will be submitted for evaluation, study leave at the current level, and the period of training if any.

7. When submitting the promotion form to the Commission, the promotion form must be submitted along with the details received from the Commission for the local levels where the posts are to be filled for the respective level, including the priority order of the local level to which the candidate wishes to go, along with the mandatory signature.
