Internal competition and open and inclusive advertising

As per the agreement received from the Public Service Commission for various vacant posts in the academic, technical and administrative services of Patan Institute of Health Sciences, permanent posts are to be filled through open and inclusive competition for the following posts. Therefore, online applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens who have completed 21 (twenty-one) years of age for officer posts and 18 (eighteen) years of age for assistant posts and have not exceeded 42 years of age for assistant professor posts in academic services, 40 years of age for technical services, and 35 years of age for administrative services, and from permanent employees working in posts below one level who have completed at least 3 (three) years of permanent service in the relevant service group in the case of assistant level and at least 4 (four) years of permanent service in the case of officer level and have reached the prescribed qualification as per the regulations of the Institute by completing the period of internal competition. In the case of open and inclusive posts, there is no age limit for permanent employees in the Institute. No action will be taken on applications that are not uploaded online within the specified deadline and that do not meet the requirements. If any false details are found, the candidate himself/herself will be held responsible for it. Educational qualifications obtained after the last date for submission of application is 2082/10/22,

Certificate of Inclusion, Council Registration Certificate, training, experience, length of service, and article publication will not be accepted.

Along with the online application, clear scanned copies of the following documents must be uploaded online.

A recent passport-sized photo with both ears visible.

Nepali citizenship certificate clearly understood by both parties.

Transcript and character certificate of admission and higher educational qualification for the advertised position/level. If you have studied in a foreign educational institution, a certificate of equivalence from Tribhuvan University should be provided by the deadline.

Council Registration Certificate: Certificate of registration of name with the concerned council for the posts requiring Council Registration Certificate. In case of indigenous/tribal people: In case of the castes listed in the Nepal Indigenous/Tribal People Upliftment National Foundation Act, on the basis of the same list, but Nepal Indigenous/Tribal people

If there is more than one surname within the caste listed in the Utthan National Foundation Act, a document certified by the Chief District Officer as a surname within the listed caste on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.

In the case of Madhesi: A document certified as Madhesi by an institution as prescribed by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, but not by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.

Document certified as Madhesi by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level, unless the institution is designated. In the case of Dalits: In the case of castes listed by the National Dalit Commission, based on the same list, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission

If applicable, a document certified as a surname within the listed caste by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the relevant local level.

In the case of the disabled: Disability identity card issued by the Social Welfare Council or as per Sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074 BS.

In the case of backward areas: Permanent residence in the districts mentioned in sub-section (7) of Section 7 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 and Clarification Clause (1) of Section 17 of the Federal Parliament Secretariat Act, 2064, along with a certificate of citizenship obtained from the concerned district stating permanent residence and a document certifying that the concerned local level currently has permanent residence in the same place, based on a recommendation made up to 3 months before the date of filling the application form. If you have acquired citizenship, a letter stating the reason for doing so from the District Administration Office that issued the citizenship, a marriage registration certificate in the case of marriage if you have married or migrated within the district, and a document stating the local level/body you left and migrated to in the case of migration.

Application fee for internal competition: (a) Level 10 Rs. 2,000/- (b) Level 9'A Rs. 1,600/- (c) Level 7 and 8 Rs. 1,400/- (d) Level 6 Rs. 1,000/- will be charged.

Application fee for open and inclusive: (a) Level 9'A' and 9'B Rs. 2,250/- (b) Level 7 Rs. 2,000/- (c) Level 5 Rs. 1,500/- plus additional fee for each additional group application

(a) Level 9'B' Rs. 450/- (b) Level 7 Rs. 400/- (c) Level 5 Rs. 300/- will be charged.

Upload a digital (image/jpg/jpeg/png) copy of the candidate's signature.

The written examination fee must be paid to the institution's account through the online payment method provided in the application link.

Type of exam: Written and interview.

The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.

Candidates who are not eligible to be candidates as per Rule 18 of the Regulations on the Conditions and Facilities of the Institute's Employees' Service, 2067 (Eighth Amendment) will not be allowed to submit applications.

Applications that are ineligible and do not meet the qualifications mentioned in the notice may be canceled at any time in accordance with the Regulations on the Conditions and Facilities of the Foundation's Employee Service, 2067 (Eighth Amendment) and prevailing laws.

Assistant Professor: (a) At least two years of experience in the relevant field, (b) Published at least two articles in a peer reviewed journal on the relevant subject, one of which was as the lead author.

For internal competitions, the concerned department/school head must declare that the permanent service period has reached 4 years for the officer level and 3 years for the assistant level, as per the rules of the institution.

Certified letter of recommendation.

For the open level 9 (a) Nursing Supervisor post, 5 years of work experience in any civil service or government service or university or teacher service or an organized organization or international organization/institution registered under the prevailing law should be required, but in the case of a candidate who has obtained a doctoral degree, the experience may be reduced by two years. Other matters: - Matters not clear in the notice will be as per the Regulations on the Conditions and Facilities of the Institute's Employees' Service, 2067 (Eighth Amendment).
