As per the agreement received from the Public Service Commission, the vacant posts in the academic, technical and administrative services of Patan Institute of Health Sciences are to be filled through promotion through performance evaluation. Therefore, the employees working in the posts below one level who have completed a period of permanent service of at least 3 (three) years in the case of assistant level and at least 4 (four) years in the case of officer level in the concerned service group and have attained the qualifications specified in the regulations of the Institute are invited to apply online by the last date of submission of applications up to 2082/10/22 and by paying double the fee by 2082/10/29. No action will be taken against applications that are not uploaded online within the specified deadline and that do not meet the requirements. If false details are found to have been mentioned or submitted, the candidate himself will be responsible for it. Educational qualifications, council registration certificates, training, experience, service period and publication of articles obtained after the last date of submission of applications 2082/10/22 will not be accepted. Along with the online application, a clear scanned copy of the following documents must be uploaded online.

A recent passport-sized photo with both ears visible.

Nepali citizenship certificate clearly understood by both parties.

Transcript and character certificate of admission and higher educational qualification for the advertised position/level.

If you have studied at a foreign educational institution, you must provide a certificate of equivalence from Tribhuvan University by the deadline.

In the case of positions requiring a council registration certificate, a certificate of registration with the concerned council.

As per the rules of the institution, the permanent service period is 4 years for the officer level and 3 years for the assistant level. The concerned department/school must confirm that the permanent service period has been completed.

Certified letter of recommendation from the principal.

The details of the K.K.M. should be submitted to the concerned office within the prescribed period as per the rules of the institution.

A digital copy of the candidate's signature must be uploaded.

The application fee must be paid to the institution's account through the online payment method provided within the application link.

As per Rule 38 of the Regulations Relating to the Conditions and Facilities of Service of the Employees of the Institution, 2067 (Eighth Amendment).

Applications that do not meet the qualifications mentioned in the Regulations on the Conditions and Facilities of the Foundation's Employee Service, 2067 (Eighth Amendment) and the notice may be canceled at any time.
