Notice regarding submitting an application for upgrading

As per Section 8 of the Karnali Province Civil Service Act, 2080, employees of the Karnali Province Civil Service working in the concerned ministries, secretariats, commissions and central bodies for promotion from the fifth and seventh levels to the sixth and eighth levels respectively, and for promotion from the ninth level to the tenth level, they should apply to the Office of the Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers. As mentioned in Section 27 (4) of the same Act, civil servants without a record of punishment as per Section 112 should submit an application to the competent authority along with detailed documents for promotion as per Sections 27 and 27A of the same Act (including amendments) within 2082/09/30 from the date of publication of this notice.

1. Gross application.

2. Certified copy of appointment letter to current position.

3. Certified copy of educational qualification certificate.

4. Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.

5. Certified copy of the adjustment letter.

6. Copy of updated Personal Information Statement (PIS).

7. Performance evaluation form for the last five years. (Details of the body that submitted the performance evaluation form for the last five years)

8. Self-declaration that no departmental action has been taken so far and that the candidate is not ineligible for promotion as per prevailing law.
