As per the advertisement published by the Provincial Public Service Commission, Bagmati Province on 2081/03/10 for the year 080/81, the Promotion Committee published a notice of promotion recommendation on 2081.09.08 for the vacant posts of Engineering Service, Civil Group, General Sub-Group, Officer, Eleventh Level under the Provincial Civil Service through performance evaluation. An appeal was filed in the Honorable Administrative Court against that recommendation. On that appeal, the decision of the Promotion Committee meeting held to amend the promotion recommendation in order to implement the decision of the Honorable Court dated 2082/06/29 has been made. The said promotion recommendation has been amended and detailed information regarding it has been entered on the website of the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Bagmati Province www.ocmcm.bagamati.gov.np/category/promoted. This notice has been published for information.
