Notice for filling out the application form for promotion through performance appraisal

As per the agreement of the Public Service Commission dated 2082/06/09 and the decision of the Post Filling Committee dated 2082/06/09, vacant posts of the Council are to be filled through performance appraisal promotion. Therefore, candidates who have attained the minimum educational qualification and service period as prescribed in the Employee Service, Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2078 BS, in the posts under the concerned service/group one level below the post for which they are applying till the last date of submission of applications, are requested to submit the application form duly to the Administration Branch of the Nepal Engineering Council Office within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice. It is also informed through this notice that no action will be taken on the applications received without following the prescribed procedure.

Note:

1. For promotions through performance appraisal, the performance appraisal will be calculated as of mid-Ashar of the financial year 2081/82.

2. Examination Fee: Rs. 1,500 for Level-8, Rs. 1,000 for Officer Level-6, the prescribed application fee should be deposited in the Council's Rastriya Banijya Bank, Naxal, Kathmandu Branch, Account No. 1160100001093001.

3. Even if the 30th day from the date of publication of the notice falls on a public holiday, the deadline for submitting the application will not be extended.

4. For promotion through performance appraisal, employees who have completed the minimum service period will have to download the form from the council's office or from the website www.nec.gov.np, fill out the form and submit it to the office along with the necessary documents.

5. All documents submitted by the candidate must be clear, unambiguous, and verifiable.

6. Application forms that are not submitted within the deadline mentioned in the notice, or that do not meet the minimum educational qualifications, or that do not include other specified details, or that do not include the prescribed fees, or that are not submitted in a proper manner, will not be accepted.

7. Matters not covered in this notice shall be governed by the Council's bylaws.

8. The Recruitment Committee may cancel an application that has been accepted without completing the formalities at any time.
