Notice for filling application form for internal competitive examination

Since the following posts of Nepal Electricity Authority are to be filled through an internal competitive written examination conducted by the Public Service Commission, applications are invited from candidates who have completed the service period as prescribed in the Employee Service, Conditions and Regulations 2075 (with amendments) and have attained the minimum educational qualification in the respective service/group/subgroup one level below the post for which they are applying by the last date of application by logging in to the Nepal Electricity Authority's Human Resource Information System hris.nea.org.np and going to the promotion application through Online Application within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice. No action will be taken on the application received without completing the procedure.

1. Detailed information on the above information can be viewed on the Nepal Electricity Authority website www.nea.org.np The process of submitting applications through the electronic system can be viewed in the user manual after logging in to the Nepal Electricity Authority's Human Resources Information System hris.nea.org.np

2. Examination Fee: - Rs. 600 for Level 3, Rs. 700 for Level 4, Rs. 800 for Level 5, Rs. 1000 for Level 6, Rs. 1200 for Level 7, Rs. 1400 for Level 8, Rs. 1600 for Level 9, Rs. 2000 for Level 10. After filling the application form, the mentioned fee can be paid from the Payment Platform available at www.nea.org.np

3. If the group or subgroup changes while applying for an internal competition, the educational qualification specified for the open competition for the position to which the application is made will be required.

4. The syllabus for the internal competition is available on the Authority's website www.nea.org.np

5. The written examination schedule for the internal competition will be published later in coordination with the Public Service Commission. 6. Applications can be submitted up to 12:00 midnight on the 21st day (2082.10.08) from the date of publication of the notice.

7. Since there is a provision to pay the application fee through the online system, even if the last day for submitting the application falls on a public holiday, the application along with the application fee must be submitted within the same day.

8. Candidates who have studied in foreign institutions should submit the equivalence of their qualifications from the concerned body. 9. All the necessary documents to be submitted by the candidate should be clear, unambiguous and verifiable.
