Work experience in another organization within the same period of employment in a government office or public organization will not be recognized. If you have worked in two or more organizations during the same period, only the full-time experience of one of them will be counted. Work experience of less than 40 hours per week (part-time work) will not be recognized.

Temporary or contract service experience of less than 6 months in the same agency will not be counted.

If the appointment letter or contract itself mentions working part-time, that work experience will not be recognized. The period of service at the assistant level and the period of service at the officer level as permanent or temporary will not be considered as officer level experience. For the service, group and subgroup posts of level 10 and level 8, the officer level experience after passing the graduation level in a subject related to that service, group and subgroup.

Only experience will be recognized. 8. Candidates who have studied in foreign institutions will have to submit a certificate of equivalence of their qualifications from the relevant body.

9. Last date for submission of applications: Up to 2082.10.08 and up to 2082110/15 on payment of double fee. 10. In case of candidates requiring experience, the minimum period of work experience prescribed for the concerned post must have been completed by the last date for submission of applications prescribed for the concerned post.

The period of double duty shall not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, training, work experience period and other qualifications. 11. Salary, facilities and conditions of service: Nepal Electricity Authority, Employee Service, Conditions Regulations, 2075 (with amendments) and other rules of the Authority, but in the case of employees who are permanently appointed from the financial year 2082183, the salary shall be based on contribution in lieu of pension and gratuity as per the circular dated 2082.03.20 of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance.

(c) In the case of Dalits, on the basis of the same list, but if there are more than one caste within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, a copy of the certificate certified as a caste within the listed caste by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level or a copy of the certificate certified as a caste within the listed caste by the concerned ward office as per the decision of the Government of Nepal. (d) Disability identity card or on the basis of the disability identity card issued by the concerned local level stating the classification of disability as per sub-section (3) of section (4) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074.

(m) In the case of backward areas, a copy of a citizenship certificate issued by the concerned district stating permanent residence in Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dolpa, Bajhang, Bajura, Mugu and Humla districts and a document certifying that the person is currently permanently residing in the same place from the concerned rural municipality or municipality, and a copy of a recommendation letter dated 3 months prior to the date of filling the application form.

19. Since there is a provision to pay the application fee through the online system, even if the last day for submitting the application falls on a public holiday, the application along with the application fee must be submitted within the same day. 20.
