According to the promotion notice issued by the Public Service Commission, this notice has been published for the purpose of Rule 41 of the Rules relating to the Services, Conditions and Facilities of the Employees of the National Human Rights Commission, 2072 (Sixth Amendment), for promotion to the vacant posts of Officer, Third Class, Human Rights Officer of the National Human Rights Service on the basis of seniority and performance evaluation. In accordance with the decision of the Promotion Committee dated 2082/10/11, this notice has been published for the purpose of Rule 41 of the same Rules.
