In the above regard, as per the advertisement notice published in Gorkhapatra Rastriya Daily dated 30/09/2082, the following candidates will be recommended for promotion in accordance with the promotion criteria and criteria mentioned in the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS and Rules, 2050 BS, in the vacant posts of Nepal Judicial Service Judicial Group, First Class, Ungazetted, on the basis of seniority and performance evaluation, in this court and its subordinate district courts. The following candidates will be recommended for promotion in accordance with the promotion criteria and criteria mentioned in the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS and Rules, 2050 BS. This decision is hereby approved. This notice has been published for the purpose of the concerned employee who does not understand the matter to file a complaint within 35 (thirty-five) days at the Public Service Commission Central Office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, pursuant to Section 24C (1) of the Civil Service Act, 2049.
