Notice regarding filling up posts through internal competitive examination

As per the agreement received from the Public Service Commission as per the annual schedule for filling up the posts approved for the year 2082/83, the vacant posts of the following levels, services and groups in Gorkhapatra Corporation are to be filled through internal competitive examination. Therefore, prospective employees who have fulfilled the minimum qualifications as per Regulation 56 of the Gorkhapatra Corporation, Employee Service Conditions Regulations, 2082 and are eligible for promotion as per Regulation 57, may download the application form from the Corporation's website www.gorkhapatra.org.np, print it on A4 size paper, attach 3 copies of a recently taken passport size photograph, and submit the application to Gorkhapatra Corporation, Central Office, Dharmapath, Kathmandu, filling in all the details. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline. The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.

Note:

1. Applications should be submitted to Gorkhapatra Sansthan, Central Office, Dharmapath, Kathmandu.

2. For Level-9, Rs. 1,500.- and for Level-8, Rs. 1,200.- application fee will have to be paid. The application fee will have to be deposited in the account number of this institute in Nepal Bank Limited, 00200100502426000001, clearly mentioning the name of the candidate, and the voucher will have to be attached with the application.

3. The last date for submitting the application form is 2082/11/07 and the double fee is 2082/11/14. If the last day for submitting the application form falls on a public holiday, the application can be submitted until the next day.

4. The candidate must submit copies of Nepali citizenship certificate, educational qualification certificate, permanent appointment, promotion, transfer and promotion letter, and experience-related documents, certified by the candidate himself, along with the application form.

5. Must have fulfilled the minimum qualifications required as per Regulation 21 of the Gorkhapatra Corporation, Employee Service Conditions Regulations, 2082.

6. Matters not mentioned in the notice shall be governed by prevailing law.
