Notice regarding recruitment through AP and open competition

As per the agreement of the Public Service Commission, the following vacant posts in this fund are to be filled up through open competition and open competition. Therefore, applications are invited from Nepali citizens who meet the following qualifications and are eligible as per the Fund's Employee Service, Conditions and Regulations, 2074 BS through the Online Application Form system on the Fund's website www.dcgf.gov.np No action will be taken on applications that are not completed in the prescribed manner and after the deadline.

Special Notice Regarding Advertisement: The posts will be filled in accordance with the legal provisions as per the order of the Mandate issued on 24/10/2079 from the Honorable Supreme Court regarding the petitions related to the transfer including Writ No. 078-wo-0660. Note

Type of Examination: Written, Interview and other methods specified in the syllabus and examination plan.

Method of applying and paying the fee through the online application system: In the Online Application Form system on the Fund's website, select the advertisement you want, go to the Apply Now option, register as a user, fill in all the details related to the advertisement, and pay the prescribed application fee through any of the payment service providers of the Online Recruitment System.

Equivalence: If candidates are submitting their application based on educational qualifications obtained outside Nepal, they will be required to submit a copy of the certificate of equivalence determined by the concerned body.

Date and venue of the examination: The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission and the date and venue will be published later.

Age limit: Candidates should be at least eighteen years of age and not more than thirty-five years old for assistant level posts, twenty-one years of age and not more than thirty-five years old for officer level posts, and forty years of age and not more than forty years old for women and disabled candidates, but there is no age limit for permanent employees working in the fund.

Additional documents required for candidates applying for inclusion groups:

In the case of indigenous/tribal people, in the case of a caste listed in the Nepal Indigenous/Tribal Peoples Upliftment National Foundation Act, based on the list of that act, but if there is more than one surname within a caste listed in the Nepal Indigenous/Tribal Peoples Upliftment National Foundation Act, a certificate certifying that the surname is within the listed caste must also be submitted by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the concerned local level.

Disqualification: In addition to the matters as prescribed, an application will not be considered eligible if the applicant has been dismissed from any service, has been found guilty in a criminal case by a court, has been suspended in a criminal case against the government, or has been charged with corruption in a court of law or has been proven guilty, which would make him/her ineligible for future service in government service or any organized organization/institution owned by the Government of Nepal or the Government of Nepal.

10. The period of double duty shall not be counted for the purposes of age, educational qualifications, training, work experience and length of service.

11. Place of work: Central office of the Fund and subordinate offices.

12. Matters not mentioned in this notice shall be governed by the Fund's Employee Service, Conditions and Regulations, 2074 BS and other prevailing laws.

13. An application submitted without completing the formalities may be canceled at any time.
