Notice regarding application to participate in free civil service preparation classes

Damak Municipality is going to conduct a free public service preparation class for the procurement officer and deputy sub-officer as per the approved annual program of the fiscal year 2082/083. Nepali citizens who are interested in participating should submit their applications to the Social Development Branch during office hours by 2082/10/02 from the date of publication of the notice, attaching the documents as per the details. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Documents to be enclosed:

1. Application in the prescribed format (Available on the website of the Social Development Branch/Damak Municipality.)

2. Document for permanent residence in Damak.

3. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.

4. Copy of educational qualification certificate of minimum +2 passed.

Note: If more applications are submitted than the quota number of participants, the municipality will select participants.
