Information regarding promotions based on seniority and performance and promotions based on efficiency!

Since the vacant posts in various services, groups, and subgroups of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council Service under the Technical, Training, and Administration Services are to be filled through promotion based on seniority and performance and promotion based on efficiency as per the agreement received from the Public Service Commission, the employees working in the post one grade below the grade of the post to be promoted, who have completed a permanent service period of at least 3 (three) years for assistant level posts and 5 (five) years for officer level posts in the relevant service, group, or subgroup, and have attained the qualifications specified in the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council, Employee Service, Terms and Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2069 (including the sixth amendment), are invited to apply online by 12:00 PM on 2082.11.23.

No action will be taken on applications that do not include the required documents and do not meet the requirements within the specified deadline.

Along with the online application, a clear scanned copy of the following documents must be uploaded online.

1. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate clearly visible on both sides. 2. Admission letter for the advertised post/category and a copy of the mark sheet and character certificate of the higher educational qualification.

3. In the case of an assistant level employee in a position below one grade in the service of the Council, a period of permanent service of 3 (three) fiscal years has been completed and in the case of an officer level employee

In case of employees who have completed 5 (five) years of permanent service and have attained the required educational qualifications as per Schedule 6 of the Council Employee Service, Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2069, for the post to be promoted, a recommendation letter certified by the head of the concerned office/school, current

A copy of the permanent appointment letter to the position must be attached.

4. Uploaded a digital (image//peg/jpeg/png) copy of the candidate's signature.

5. A recent passport-sized photograph showing both ears.

6. Application fee payment must be made through Connect IPS or Khalti App.

7. Application Form Fee: (a) Rs. 2,500 for Officer Level First Class (b) Rs. 2,000 for Officer Level Second Class (c) Rs. 1,200 for Officer Level Third Class (d) Rs. 700 for Assistant Level First Class (e) Rs. 500 for Assistant Level Second Class.

8. Candidates who are not eligible for promotion as per Regulation 38 of the Council's Staff Service Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2069 (including the Sixth Amendment) will not be eligible to submit applications.

9. For online application, applications can be submitted by visiting the council's website https://www.ctevt.org.np and clicking https://jobs.ctevt.org.np. 10.

The performance evaluation of the prospective candidate will be calculated up to the financial year 081/82 as per Regulation 41 (3) of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council, Employee Service, Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2069 (including the sixth amendment). While calculating other marks, the marks obtained up to the last date for submitting the application for promotion will be counted.

11. Documents to be attached with the application form:

All documents from the initial entry into service to permanent appointment to the present, educational qualifications and training certificates of the offices in which the employee has been employed, should be attached with self-attested copies. No action will be taken on promotion application forms that do not have the aforementioned documents, are not in order, and are received after the deadline.

The details are also informed through this notice. 12. Candidates submitting application forms for more than one advertisement number should fill out separate application forms for each advertisement and submit them in the prescribed format for that advertisement.

Separate fees will have to be paid.

13. In the case of matters not mentioned in this notice, the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council Employee Service Conditions and Facilities Regulations 2069 (including the Sixth Amendment) and other prevailing laws will apply.

14. In the case of educational qualifications that require equivalence, a self-attested copy of the certificate of equivalence from the concerned university or body.

It must be submitted. Equivalency not submitted with the application will not be accepted.

15. Candidates applying for technical posts under the Technical and Training Service are required to apply for professional work at Nepal Medical Council, Nepal Nursing

In case there is a provision to register with the relevant professional organizations including the Council, Nepal Engineering Council, Nepal Animal Health and Animal Services Professional Council, a copy of the certificate registered with the relevant professional organizations must be submitted by the last date for submission of application. 16. Candidates applying for promotion through seniority and performance evaluation and efficiency evaluation must fill separate application forms.

Call for applications for internal competition

As per the agreement of the Public Service Commission, the vacant posts of the following services, groups, subgroups and categories in this Council and the offices under the Council are to be filled through internal competitive examination. Therefore, the employees of the Council Service who have completed a period of permanent service of 5 years in an officer level post and 3 years in an assistant level post in a post below one category of the concerned service group or subgroup and have attained the minimum educational qualification prescribed in accordance with Regulation 40 of the Council, Employee Service, Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2069 (including the sixth amendment) may submit applications for internal competition within 30 (thirty) days (2082.11.23 at 12:00 PM) at regular fee and within an additional 7 (seven) days (2082.11.30 at 12:00 PM) at double fee. This notice is for the information of all concerned, eligible candidates are requested to upload their minimum educational qualification and additional educational qualification, appointment letter and pay the examination fee through the online system through Connect IPS or Khalti App. This notice is also available on the Council's website https://www.ctevt.org.np.
