Notice of Call for Applications for Recruitment through Open Competitive Examination

As per the agreement of the Public Service Commission, the following vacant posts in the Citizens Investment Fund are to be filled up through open competitive examination, Nepali citizens who have attained the qualifications as per the details are requested to submit their Nepali citizenship certificate and educational qualifications along with copies of other documents and certificates mentioned in this notice within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notice and pay double the fee and an additional 7 (seven) days by going to the careers section of the Fund's website www.nlk.org.np for levels 5 and 6 or directly through https://vacancy.nlk.org. np and in the case of the fourth level, by attaching the certificate of passing the pre-qualification examination conducted by the Public Service Commission on the basis of the integrated examination system on https://uvms.epf.org.np and other prescribed documents and submit the application form prescribed through connect IPS or Esewa and paying the prescribed fee. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Applicants who have obtained educational qualifications from foreign universities must also submit an equivalence certificate issued by an authorized body. No action will be taken on applications submitted after the due date, after the deadline, or without the mandatory documents attached with the application. The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court, in its writ petitions including Writ No. 078-WO-0660, has sought to include the posts that were actually lost due to non-inclusion in the inclusive group in the FY 2079/080 as per the order of the Mandate issued on 24/10/2079.
The positions will be filled in accordance with the provisions of the law, including compensation for the losses incurred.
a) Age limit (as on the last date of application) For assistant level posts, the age should be completed eighteen years and not exceeding thirty-five years. For officer level posts, the age should be completed twenty-one years and not exceeding thirty-five years. For women and candidates with disabilities, the age should not be completed forty years. There will be no age limit for permanent employees working in the fund.
b) The period of double duty will not be counted for the purpose of obtaining age, educational qualifications, training and inclusion certificates.
c) Candidates should not be dismissed from government or any organized organization, be found guilty by a court of law of a criminal offense involving moral turpitude, and be non-Nepali citizens, making them ineligible for future government service.
d) Application forms must be filled separately for each position as per the advertisement.
e) No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline or without proper procedures.
f) Type of service: Permanent
g) Type of Examination: Written Examination, Presentation and Interview for B.No. 12 and 13. Written Examination, Computer Skill Test for B.No. 14 and 15.
And there will be an interview.
h) The examination fee for Officer Level, 6th Level is Rs. 1,000.- and for Assistant Level posts is Rs. 600/-. If a candidate participates in open and inclusive groups for the same post, an additional 25 percent fee will be charged for each group.
i) Salary and benefits: As per the rules of the fund.
J) The date of the examination will be published on the website of the Commission and the Fund after the examination program is determined by the Public Service Commission.
k) Probationary period: The probationary period will be as per the rules of the fund. LO
l) Place of work: Kathmandu and branch offices of the Fund outside Kathmandu Valley.
d) Required Minimum Educational Qualification:
1) Assistant Officer, Sixth Level, Master's degree from a recognized university or graduation from a recognized educational institution for administration
Must have passed the Chartered Accountant (CA) course and obtained a professional certificate from the concerned body or its equivalent. 2) Assistant Computer Officer, Level 6, Master's degree in Computer or Information Technology from a recognized university for technicians.
Must have passed a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in computer engineering or its equivalent.
3) For Senior Assistant, Level 5, Administration, candidates must have completed their Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
4) For Assistant, Fourth Level, Administration, one must have passed grade 12 or its equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
Additional documents to be submitted by candidates on the inclusion side:
Candidates on the inclusive side will also have to submit the following documents.
a) In the case of indigenous/tribal people, in the case of a caste listed in the Nepal Indigenous/Tribal Peoples Upliftment National Foundation Act, 2058 BS, on the basis of the list of the same act, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed in the Indigenous/Tribal Peoples Upliftment National Foundation Act, 2058 BS, the application must be submitted with the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level, having the surname certified as being within the listed caste by the Chief District Officer.
(b) In the case of Madhesis, on the basis of being certified as Madhesi by an organization as specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, but until such time as the organization is not specified by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, the application must be submitted along with the application to be certified as Madhesi by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.
(c) In the case of a disabled person, a disability identity card issued by the Social Welfare Council or a disability identity card issued by the concerned local level stating the classification of disability as per Sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074.
