Under the annual approved program of this Ward Office, this notice has been published for public invitations to be carried out as per the schedule, so that willing, interested and licensed firms, companies and organizations should submit the list and rates with specifications in a manner subject to the following conditions.

2. The firm submitting the rate must submit a written application of the person submitting the rate, a copy of the certificate of firm registration. and The application must be submitted with a copy of the tax payment certificate up to 2080/081.

3. In the BOQ, the amount claimed by you should be submitted clearly in figures and letters.

4. Firms submitting rates for more information and BOQ Tulsipur Sub Metropolitan Municipality website: www.tulsipurmun.gov.np and Tulsipur Sub Metropolitan Municipality 15 no. It cannot be taken from the ward office.

5. Other procedures will be in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2063, Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (with amendments) and other prevailing laws of the Government of Nepal. -
