According to sub-section 5 of section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, the next lowest evaluated bidder after the said bidder is essentially the affected bidder Khumbila Nirman Seva, Solududhakund Municipality Ward no. A notice of intention to accept the tender of 4, amounting to Rs 68,59,969.2 (literally Rs eighty-six lakhs ninety-nine thousand nine hundred seventy-nine paise twenty only) has been published.
