According to the notice of electronic bidding published by this office, among the bids filed in the electronic system within the specified date, the lowest evaluated sealed bid was evaluated by the bid evaluation committee and as per the decision of this office, according to the decision of this office, according to Section 27 (1) of the Electronic Procurement System Operating Guideline 2080 and Section 27 (1) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 with amendments, the lowest evaluated sealed bids are essentially effective.
