Regarding the information about the project proposal being approved

As per the approved program of the Provincial and Local Governance Strengthening Program (PLGSP), the concept papers of 11 (eleven) local levels that have submitted concept papers as per the notice published targeting local levels interested in operating the Innovation Partnership Program from the Provincial Program Support Unit (PPSU) are acceptable by the evaluation of the Technical Committee. Therefore, the full proposals received in the call for full proposals have been submitted to the Provincial Steering Committee for selection and approval based on the scores obtained during the evaluation by the Technical Committee in accordance with the Innovation Partnership Fund Implementation Guidelines, 2078 BS. The project proposals in the list have been submitted to the Provincial Steering Committee for selection and approval based on the available budget limit as determined in accordance with the merit list and the weightage received during the evaluation by the Technical Committee. As per the decision of the Provincial Steering Committee meeting dated 2082/02/06, the detailed project proposals are acceptable for receiving grants from the Innovation Partnership Fund. Therefore, the local levels whose proposals have been approved are requested to come and sign the project implementation agreement within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of the notice. The date and place of the project implementation agreement will be informed by mail.
