This Kirtipur municipality contract no. KRM-08/080/081 Ward No. 4, 5 and 6 Simle river, Bosan khol for soil erosion control are rated as minimum significantly affected Mr. Bajra N.P. Construction Pvt.Ltd. As the lowest amount of Rs 3,280,398.50 (excluding VAT) has been selected for acceptance under section 27 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, a notice of intention to accept the bid has been published for the purposes of sub-sections 2 and 3 of section 27 of the same act.
