According to the recommendation of the evaluation committee formed to evaluate the bidders submitted for the construction work in accordance with the notice of invitation of bids dated 2081-10-06 of this office, the bids submitted by the following bidders are considered to be effective because the bids are considered to be low-valued in essence, and therefore the bids will be accepted for the purpose of section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 (amended), a notice of 7 (seven) days from the date of publication has been published. Also, for the purposes of Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, all bidders are also informed through this notice.
