According to the notice published for the second time on 2081/11/16 for the submission of electronic tenders for the procurement of medicines of the health branch of Bannigadhi Jaigarh Rural Municipality, the documents related to the call for tenders of the tenders submitted through EGP on various dates, the evaluation committee in accordance with Rule 147 (1) of Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (with amendments) and based on the report of the evaluation committee, the bidder's bid has been evaluated and selected for acceptance as the minimum evaluation. Whereas, for the purposes of sub-section 2 of section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063, the bidder's intention to accept the bid of the bidder has been informed in the form of the minimum evaluated abstract. A notice of intent has been published for the information of all concerned, including the business, to proceed with the purchase process through the below-mentioned construction businessmen if no application is registered in this office as per Section 47 of the Act within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice.
