Vidhyut Utpadan Company Limited (VUCL) has allocated fund for Kimathanka Arun Hydro Electric Project (KAHEP-454MW) and intends to apply a portion of this fund to the eligible forms for In-Situ Rock Mechanical Test of Kimathanka Arun Hydro Electric Project (KAHEP). This Expression of Interest (EOI) is re-invited due to the provision 98(7) of Procurement Bylaws of VUCL for international consulting service for this purpose. The Expression of Interest (EOI) document shall be delivered through online e-GP System https://bolpatra.gov.np/egp) only. (Hard copy of EOI document should be submitted within 3 days after EOI opening)

EOI will be assessed based on Qualification 30%, Experience 55%, and Capacity 15% of Consultant and Key Personnel. Minimum score to pass the EOI is 70. Based on evaluation of EOI, only the top 6(Six) shortlisted Consultancy firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposal through a Request for Proposal (RFP).website https://www.vucl.org/.
