Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)
To implement Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) for improved access to HIV, TB and Malaria services in Nepal
UNAIDS
The Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS), is an innovative joint venture of the United Nations system, bringing together the efforts and resources of eleven cosponsoring agencies in the AIDS response to help the world prevent new HIV infections, care for people living with HIV, and mitigate the impact of the epidemic.
UNAIDS Nepal intends to support the "Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) for improved access to HIV, TB and Malaria services in Nepal" enabling independent monitoring of these services by communities. This will foster and help programs and institutions to identify barriers and enablers for accessing and utilizing HIV, TB and Malaria services. This initiative also envisions to train and support (including mentoring) members of directly affected communities, networks of key populations (KPs), people living with HIV (PLHIV), TB and Malaria patients to gather quantitative and qualitative data about HIV, TB and Malaria services. Importantly, this initiative will allow the selected networks and civil society organizations to actively contribute to laying the foundation for designing and implementing appropriately tailored services.
UNAIDS Nepal is therefore looking for experienced Community Based Organization or networks working on HIV, TB and Malaria to implement the community led monitoring initiatives for 2025. The selected organization(s) will implement the activities in close coordination with the relevant government authorities at all levels, as appropriate along with key stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
