1. Transport Infrastructure Directorate, Lumbini Province invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms ("consultant") to provide the following national consulting services:

Documentary of Construction Stages and Completed Road and Bridge Projects in Lumbini Province.

2. Consultants may associate with other consultants to enhance their qualifications.

3. Expressions of interest shall be delivered online through e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 21-03-2025 (2081/12/08), 12:00 hrs.

4. EOI will be assessed based on Qualification 40%, Experience 50% and Capacity 10% of consulting firm and key personnel. Based on evaluation of EOI, only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposal through a request for proposal.

5. Minimum score to pass the EOI is 70.
