Provincial Technical Assistance Provider (PTAP) for Trail Bridge Program

1. Provincial Government has allocated fund toward the cost of Trail Bridge Program and intends to apply a portion of this fund to eligible payments under the Contract for which this Expression of Interest is invited for consulting service of Provincial Technical Assistance Provider for the Trail Bridge Program.

2. The Transport Infrastructure Directorate (TID) now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible firms to provide the following services:

3. To provide technical assistance to TID/MOPID to support its 7 IDOs and 137 Palikas of the Province for planning, monitoring and implementation of Trail Bridge sub sector program including quality assurance during entire project cycle for the period of 36 months.e

4. Interested eligible Firms may obtain further information and EOI document free of cost on or before 9th April, 2025, 12:00 o' clock from e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp_or visit the website: http://tiditahari.koshi.gov.np.

5. Firms may associate with other Firms to enhance their qualifications.

6. Expressions of interest shall be delivered online through e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp_on or before 9th April 2025, 12:00 o'clock.

7. In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date, but the time will be the same as stipulated.

8. EOI will be assessed based on Qualification [30%], Experience [50%], and Capacity [20%] of the firm and key personnel. Based on evaluation of EOI, only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposal through a request for proposal.

9. The minimum score to pass the EOI is 70.
