EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

FOR SAP ERP APPLICATION SUPPORT SERVICES

Surya Nepal Private Limited (SNPL) is a leading company in Nepal and has diversified product lines in FMCG business. Presently, SNPL is using SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 5 along with GRC, BW, Fiori and SOLMAN.

Scope

The purpose of this 'Expression of Interest' (EOI) is to identify suitably qualified and experienced organizations registered in Nepal, who can meet SNPL's requirements.

SNPL seeks to outsource support for SAP ERP EHP 5/EHP 8(FICO, PP, PM, MM, WM, SD and QM Modules), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), Business Warehouse (BW), Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for a period of 5 years. SNPL is looking for functional support, technical (BASIS) support as well as IT Infrastructure support.

Eligibility Criteria

Respondent should meet the following criteria:

1. Should be a registered organization in Nepal and an authorized partner of SAP;

2. Should have necessary approval permits from the relevant government authorities to provide the support services, if the respondent is partly or fully owned by the foreign investors;

3. Should not have been blacklisted by Nepalese Govt./ Public sector units/Bank and Financial Institutions;

4. Should have either completed or currently engaged in at least 5 SAP ERP support projects for last 3 years;

5. Should have been working for at least 5 Years in business of SAP ERP Support in domestic/global markets;

6. Should have at least 10 SAP support consultants on its own rolls with at least 1 consultant in each module which are SAP certified and minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Support;
